Animal Dissection

Educational Program

Recommended for Grades 3-7

Students can investigate the biology of an animal with a hands-on dissection lab at The Schiele.
Participants will work with a partner to dissect a specimen – typically a frog or a squid – and learn about the animal’s adaptations, organs, and systems. A trained educator will facilitate this interactive experience as part of your museum field trip.
ALL PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES ARE DESIGNED TO MEET CDC, LOCAL, AND STATE HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS.
