The Traveling Pumpkin Patch

Outreach Program

Recommended for grades K-5 | Available September – October
Students will learn about the wonders of everyone’s favorite fall fruit! They will discover the fascinating history of pumpkins and explore how they grow. Schiele staff will set up a portable pumpkin patch at your location, and following the program, students can choose a small North Carolina-grown pumpkin to take home.
Students can take home their pumpkins!
This program can be adapted to meet the learning level of participants.
