The Schiele Museum is Now Digital!

It’s easy to access your membership card and information about your benefits from your cell phone.

  1. Visit this link on your smartphone to access the wallet pass.
  2. Use your member number or phone number and the last name of the primary account holder to access your account.
  3. View your digital card and add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You’ll now be able to access your cards from your digital wallet when you visit.
  4. You can also download your card and find information about benefits on your smartphone through the eMembership Card app. Follow the prompts to download your card to the app.

Q: How do I access my reciprocal benefits with my digital membership card?
A: Digital cards have the ASTC logo, which signifies to participating institutions that your Schiele membership is eligible for benefits. See ASTC Passport Program benefits and participating organizations HERE.

  • If you use the eMembership Card app: Select Schiele Museum. On the Schiele Museum home screen, click the green button labeled “Membership Benefits.” Next, click on the button labeled “Reciprocal Benefits.” This page displays the icons of the reciprocal networks that provide admission to Schiele members. Reciprocal Benefits can also be accessed by clicking on the waffle-shaped menu icon in the upper right corner of the Schiele home screen. The option labeled “Reciprocals” will be fourth in the menu.

Q: I’m getting a notification that says The Schiele Museum with the museum’s address. How do I turn off the notification in my Apple Wallet?
A: The geo-location notification shows up when you are within the vicinity of the Schiele. To remove, click on the three dots on the upper right-hand corner of your wallet pass. On either Pass Details and Notifications, you can toggle the settings for “Allow Notifications” and “Suggest on Lock Screen” to turn them off.

Q: Why didn’t my wallet pass update with my new expiration date?
A: You will need to remove the pass from your wallet and re-download it. To remove, click on the three dots on the upper right hand corner and click “Remove Pass.” Then use the link or the eMembership Card app to download my new card. (In the app, click “Show My Membership Cards” and then “Add To Wallet.”)

Q: Can I still use my printed membership card?
A: If you still have a physical membership card, you can use that or your digital card. Printed membership cards will still be available for a limited time for $5 each. Please email carson.dewalt@gastonianc.gov to purchase a physical card.
