Pumpkin Patch Field Trip
Introduce your students to a pumpkin patch at The Schiele!
Available September – October
Meets curriculum for grades: NC Pre-K, K, 1, 3, 6 / SC Pre-K, K, 1, 6
Students will learn about the wonders of everyone’s favorite fall fruit! They will discover the fascinating history of pumpkins and learn about how they grow. Following the program, participants can pick out a small North Carolina-grown pumpkin to take home.

Our Schiele To-Go Outreach program explores the history and culture of pumpkins. Students will pick a pumpkin from a mini mobile pumpkin patch at your school!
