Host an evening of learning and FUN for your students and their families!
Your school’s private STEM Night begins after the museum closes to the public. Visitors will explore science, technology, engineering, and math principles while enjoying the fascinating programs and exhibits at The Schiele.
Participants are invited to visit from 5 – 8 PM on a weeknight and enjoy a variety of learning activities after hours.
● Museum exhibits, including the Hall of Dinosaurs
● Hands-on activities in the Explorer’s Outpost
● The Farm and live animals
● Optional programs: planetarium shows and educator-led interactive demonstrations
How much does it cost?
$2000 – exclusive access to the museum, Farm, and activities in the Explorer’s Outpost for up to 3 hours ($1500 for Title I schools)
$2500 – add multiple planetarium showings throughout the event
$3000 – add an educator-led interactive program that includes live animals or science experiments
What does that include?
School families will have exclusive access to the museum for up to 3 hours. Educators will provide hands-on activities in the Explorer’s Outpost, and The Farm will be open.
Schools can choose to add a planetarium program, showing multiple times throughout the evening. Educator-led interactive programs, including those featuring live animals and science experiments are also available. (Each added program is an additional $500.)

The Schiele can provide flyers and yard signs in the weeks prior to your event. Just ask!
